BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...the OLDER LADIES Totally RUDE :( I work very hard for my money wanted to buy hair for my niece..ended up spending over 200 dollars but in all honesty wish I had just took money else where. The woman were very attitudinal and rushy..didnt want to take the time n patience to show their product. When asked questions they got very aggitatted and would just quickly suggest any old thing to keep from helping properly. To add insult to injury when we tried to shop around for other products the women followed the customers around the store with negative stares and it just made me very uncomfortable. The same thing happened the second time also when I tried to give this place a chance. Its just ridiculous to treat customers so disrespectfully. On a side note the younger male that work there was nice. If it wasn't for him being courteous for sure I would have left. How shameful of these older ladies. I wont be back!

i love this place... been a customer for years.. now that i'm a cosmetologist i get discounts.

Best Beauty Supply in the Northwest Suburbs. Been to them all and havent been able to find one thats better. Great wig and weave supply however they could have more variety and half and lace front wigs. Havent had any problems with workers. Theyre typically nice and helpful
