Super Beauty Outlet - Aromatherapy in Columbus, Ohio

Terrible customer service. The newest "policy" is that any woman's purse larger than 10 inches has to be put in a locker, thereby implying that every woman who walks into the store is a thief. What's more, they are unapologetic. When I protested such action, they pointed out to me the pictures on their wall of women who stole from them, saying it was those women's fault that they had to introduce such an offensive "policy". They may be the closest beauty store to my home, but because of their deplorable service, policies and attitudes, I will not be frequenting them again.

Very unhappy with the customer service at Super Beauty Outlet right now!!!!! I walked in and was immediately asked to put my purse in a locker. When I walked in the store was going to close in 15 minutes. Management was very rude, nasty and tried to rush me out!!!! I will no longer be patronizing their store. I don't care if its Buy one get one free. They can keep it! If i could I would give them 0 stars.
