I was visiting my daughter who recently moved to Winchester from the DC area. We both had our hair cut and colored at Scarcella's. The owner and her husband are wonderful. She cut my hair to perfection and the color is amazing. It is the best color I've ever had, and has lasted a good 7 weeks. Lots of compliments when I got back home to Michigan.
