Really good salon love the vibe, no kids running around very professional the area is nice, and the lady who does eye brows is amazing, i got a weave put in by lakiera i think thats her name she was very professional and did exactly what i wanted i will definitely be coming here again!

When I walked in the Salon I felt welcomed. The staff is very friendly. I just didn't like the way my hair came out the next day, it was hard n tangled bad.. Ever since I got a perm from there my hair has been coming out no matter what I try and do to it. They are very expensive.. If you like you hair the way I do than think twice about going there.. I'm very big on reading reviews and they seemed to be very good.. I guess if you have no hair and your are going to get a weave than you should be good.. Good luck to the new people who will be going there

Yes that's right I said micro links!!! That the new hair extention innovation, this is worn by celebrities and it was a lot less expensive then anyone else in the area, well no one I know in the 757 area even have the expierence shiree has with micro links and the last 2-3 months. I am sooo pleased with my links, can't thank shiree enough!!!!

I enjoy the work shiree the owner does, my is healthy and always looking good. Always a nice relaxing atmosphere, great convo also!

I had a good first time experience. I got my dreads maintenance. It was a friendly and well managed establishment. I will be back again soon.

I had been looking for a salon wherei didn't have to hear the stylists personal conversations or children running around, etc. Hair icon exceeded my expectations! Also, my hair is natural and the stylist, Arlena, got my hair the straightest it has been without relaxers!!! Now I have a salon to return to on the regular:-)

This shop is always welcoming and professional. Let me not forget the sew-ins, OMG! Shiree lays it right and whipping. I'm from Chicago and a military spouse at that, so I am really nervous as to who I go to being in new places. But Shiree has really gained a new client. I even recommended one of my friends to their natural stylist, Missy. I was told that she was extremely neat, friendly, and professional. I honestly found a new home and am more than glad to spread the word to anyone with ears.

The salon was packed in a high traffic area missi who did my hair did the best natural hair for me I highly recommend for natural and relaxed my sister is relaxed hair and she has the best relaxed hair I've seen on her ps Venus and Josh has nice hands when it comes to hair highly recommend also so come to hair icon and you will be guaranteed the best style

I've been to a lot of salons in Norfolk and I've had some terrible experiences this salon was a pleasant surprise!! The stylist was professional, experienced and friendly!! I will tell my co workers about this place. O and BTW my hair was screaming "I'm sexy" lol
